HDR Photography
HDR stands for high dynamic range. This technique allows you to get a clear and vibrant view out the window. It also provides more accurate colors, giving your photos a more polished and professional look. To achieve this, photographers take 3 - 5 photos at different exposures, then combine the photos in editing. HDR is recommended for properties and rooms with large windows or stunning views.
Virtual Staging
Virtual staging can be used to furnish and improve the overall look of vacant rooms. It can even be used to replace unpleasant furniture, decor, or blemishes. This allows you and the buyers to view the space with a different perspective, making it easier to envision the full potential of a room.
